Product Owner, Web

We're looking for a Web Product Owner to lead the delivery and evolution of our web ecosystem-including our public site, user portals, and integrations. This role is critical in driving user engagement, acquisition, and revenue through high-quality digital experiences.

You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, turning strategic priorities into actionable work and delivering customer-centric features. Partnering across business, design, engineering, and external vendors, you'll ensure consistent execution and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own and prioritize the web product backlog, aligning with business goals and user needs
  • Lead delivery across the public website, portals, and integrations
  • Translate strategy into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
  • Drive intuitive, high-performing user experiences across all web touchpoints
  • Partner with engineering to refine scope and ensure successful delivery
  • Champion experimentation (A/B testing, personalization, optimization)
  • Oversee integrations with platforms such as CRM, analytics, and payment systems
  • Manage vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and at quality
  • Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve performance
  • Monitor and optimize site speed, usability, and conversion

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in Product Owner/Product Manager roles delivering digital products
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management expertise
  • Experience working with web platforms, CMS, APIs, and integrations
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product work
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and experimentation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
  • Experience managing vendors or distributed team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated or membership-based environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, GA4, and Figma
